Barre Length + Strength is a studio for all ages and fitness levels. We teach every class with modifications and intensifications.

Barre is a fusion of strength, flexibility and dance exercise. We not only target your large muscles, but also the micro muscles that support, providing you with a stronger overall body. Every workout challenges every muscle group, making it the most efficient, overall workout for the best 60 minutes of your day. Set to fun, engaging music, every workout is different, making it motivating to come back to, allowing your body to stay challenged so that you never plateau.
