Mat and barre sequences for trunk stability, hip mobility, and postural strength; slow, precise reps.

Barre Cardio
Fast‑paced fusion of barre, cardio, and Pilates. Elevate heart rate first half; sculpt second half.
Low‑impact step intervals and dynamic movement, then targeted barre work for core and legs.
